Product overview
Air-dried white onion, granulated to 8–16 mesh for seasoning blends and ready-meal production. Moisture is held below 6% for shelf stability, and no sulphur dioxide is added.
Each incoming lot carries a pesticide-residue report from an accredited lab. Finished product passes through metal detection and X-ray before packing into 20 kg cartons.
