Why buyers can't simply go direct

Sending an email to a Chinese factory is easy. Getting a real price, a consistent specification and a shipment that matches the sample is not. Most factories are production-focused: they quote what they already make, not what you asked for. Certificates get borrowed. Intermediaries pose as factories. Deposits disappear when the bank account name does not match the licence.

Our job is to close that gap. We sit between you and the factory with a clear, disclosed fee — not as a trading company markup hidden in the price.

What we actually do differently

  • The audit happens before the quote is trusted. A factory that cannot show a workshop tour and a matching licence holder is not recommended, no matter how good the price looks.
  • Quotations are built on one specification. Every factory answers the same sheet, so the cheapest quote is genuinely the cheapest — not the one with less material.
  • Payment is staged against evidence. Deposit released after audit; balance released after the inspection report, not after a phone call.
  • You keep direct contact. We introduce you to the factory, join the call, and stay on for quality and logistics. No hidden supplier.

What we refuse to do

  • Sell counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods.
  • Quote a price we know the factory cannot honour at the stated specification.
  • Move a deposit to an account that does not match the business licence.
  • Publish or resell buyer data.

Where we work

Our team covers the main Chinese production clusters: Zhejiang (Yiwu small commodities, Ningbo, Wenzhou), Guangdong (Shenzhen electronics, Dongguan, Foshan), Jiangsu (textiles, machinery), Shandong (hardware, chemicals), Fujian (footwear, ceramics) and Hebei (metalwork). Audits outside these areas are quoted separately.
