Yongkang Tianhe Tools manufactures drop-forged hand tools and hardware kits. The factory runs eleven forging lines and an in-house heat treatment shop, so hardness and torque values are controlled on site rather than subcontracted. Roughly 70% of output ships to North American and German distributors under private label. During our audit we verified the licence holder matches the export bank account, counted eleven forging presses and 38 assembly stations, and reviewed the last two ISO 9001 surveillance reports.
